I think that what you posted made a bunch of sense. But, think about this, what if you typed a catchier post title? I ain't saying your content isn't good, but what if you added something that grabbed a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda plain. You might glance at Yahoo's front page and note how they create news headlines to grab viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get readers interested about everything've written. In my opinion, it could bring your blog a little livelier.
